July 1, 2028.) The board shall establish by rule requirements for: A. the use and disposal of equipment and instruments; provided that:

(1)all sharps shall be sterilized prior to use;
(2)single use items shall not be used on more than one client for any reason; and (3) all body art stencils shall be single use and disposable; B. the sterilization or sanitation of non-disposable items; C. the prohibition of off-site sterilization; and D. procedures to control disease borne by contact with customer or body artist skin mucosa.
