§ 61-17A-24 — Criminal offender's character evaluation. (Repealed
effective July 1, 2036.) The provisions of the Criminal Offender Employment Act [28-2-1 NMSA 1978] shall govern any consideration of criminal records required or permitted by the Barbers and Cosmetologists Act [61-17A-1 NMSA 1978].
