Text
(Repealed effective July 1, 2036.) The board shall provide for the licensure of all establishments and enterprises. The board shall issue a license to establishments, enterprises and clinics that submit a completed application, accompanied by the required fees and documentation, and that submit satisfactory evidence of compliance with all requirements established by the board.
