effective July 1, 2036.) The "barbers and cosmetologists fund" is created in the state treasury. All license fees and charges imposed by the board shall be deposited in the fund. Money in the fund is appropriated to the board for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of the Barbers and Cosmetologists Act. Any balance remaining in the fund at the end of each fiscal year shall not revert to the general fund.
