N.M. Stat. Ann. § 61-12D-19 (2026).

Text

(Repealed effective July 1, 2028.) On the effective date of this act, members serving on the physical therapists' licensing board shall continue to serve on the physical therapy board until their terms expire; thereafter, the governor shall appoint board members as provided in the Physical Therapy Act.
