N.M. Stat. Ann. § 61-12C-22 (2026).
Text
(Repealed effective July 1, 2028.) A county or municipality, within its jurisdiction, may regulate persons licensed pursuant to the Massage Therapy Practice Act. Regulation shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of that act. This section shall not be construed to prohibit a county or municipality from enacting any regulation of persons not licensed pursuant to that act.
