§ 61-12A-5 — Supervision; required; defined. (Repealed effective July
1, 2028.) Occupational therapy shall not be performed by an occupational therapy assistant or by any person practicing on a provisional permit unless the occupational therapy is supervised by an occupational therapist. The board shall adopt rules defining supervision.
