§ 56-9-7 — [Claims of creditors; verification.]
New Mexico·Ch. 56 Commercial Instruments and Transactions·Art. 9 Transfers to Prefer Creditors - Voluntary Assignments
The claims of creditors shall be verified by the oath of the creditor, his agent or attorney, before any portion of the assets shall be received thereon.
