New Mexico Statutes
§ 56-1-15 — Creditor compliance with federal regulations deemed
compliance with this act. Any creditor engaging in transactions subject to the provisions of this act, who complies with 15 United States Code, [§§] 1601 through 1665, and the regulations promulgated pursuant thereto, shall be deemed to have complied with applicable provisions of this act.
