insurance.] The negotiable receipts issued by any warehouseman under Sections 56-6-1 through 56-6-11 New Mexico Statutes Annotated, 1978 Compilation, among other requirements provided for in the Uniform Commercial Code, Article 7 [55-7-101 to 55-7- 807 NMSA 1978] shall plainly state on the face that the agricultural products for which the receipt is issued are kept fully insured by the warehouseman against loss by fire at the current market value.
