qualifications.] That such board shall be a body corporate, having full power to sue and be sued; in all suits the said body corporate shall be styled as "The Board of Trustees of the Community Lands of the People of Chaperito," and all process may be served on either member of the board of trustees. That all members of such board of trustees shall be inhabitants of and owners of lands within the limits of the said community lands of the people of Chaperito.
