Text
courts; injunction.] The several courts of this state exercising chancery jurisdiction shall under the practice of courts of chancery entertain bills of complaint filed by any such board of trustees to prevent trespasses upon the common lands and common waters of any such grant, if it shall appear that the complainants are without a plain, speedy and adequate remedy at law, or that the persons committing such trespass are insolvent or unable to respond in damages to such corporation for the injury alleged.
