attached.] Any person removing or attempting to remove any property on which the owner or operator of any hotel, rooming house, apartment house, rental dwellings, auto court, trailer court or campground has a lien for any sum due such owner or operator for rent, services or accommodations as provided in this act [48-3-16 to 48-3-18 NMSA 1978], without the written consent of such owner or operator; shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by fine of not more than $50.00 or by imprisonment in the county jail for a period not to exceed 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment.
