New Mexico Statutes
§ 4-55A-6 — Improvement district; limitations on powers of county with
respect to street or right of way under jurisdiction of state transportation commission. The county shall not construct improvements on or through any street or right of way under the jurisdiction of the state transportation commission unless it receives prior written approval from the state transportation commission to undertake such improvements.
