Text
As used in the Refuse Disposal Act: A. "garbage" includes all waste food, swill, carrion, slops and all waste from the preparation, cooking and consumption of food and from the handling, storage and sale of food products and the carcasses of animals; B. "rubbish" includes all waste paper, paper cartons, tree branches, yard trimmings, discarded furniture, tin cans, dirt, ashes, bottles and all other unwholesome material of every kind not included as garbage; and C. "refuse" includes garbage and rubbish.
