Text
corners or survey private lands. Nothing in Chapter 4, Article 42 NMSA 1978 shall be construed to empower any licensed professional surveyor appointed by the board of county commissioners to change the established lines or corners of any land owned or possessed by any person, and no private lands shall be surveyed except by the consent of the owner of the land.
