Text
to airport.] The power of eminent domain and right of condemnation granted to counties under the provisions of this act [4-38-31 to 4-38-37 NMSA 1978] shall extend to such land contiguous and adjacent to any such airport or any other lands within one-half mile in any direction from the outer boundaries of said airport as may be necessary to render ingress to and egress from said airport efficient and free from hazard.
