New Mexico Statutes
§ 4-38-15 — [Agent of county having charge of county exhibit at state
fair; appointment.] That said county commissioners may appoint a qualified and suitable person to have charge of said county exhibits and to represent their county at the New Mexico state fair, and may if necessary compensate said agent for such services out of said appropriation.
