§ 4-35-3 — [District attorney; duties; payment of expenses.]

New Mexico·Ch. 4 Counties·Art. 35 Determination of Boundary Disputes
The district attorney or district attorneys, as the case may be, shall call a meeting of the commission to arrange for making such joint survey. The officers serving on such boundary commission shall receive no additional compensation for such services. The expense incurred by the commission for transportation, subsistence and the necessary assistants and employes [employees] shall be borne share and share alike by the several counties interested, to be paid upon warrants drawn by the several boards of county commissioners.
