Text
A. The department shall provide the office with a copy of all reports related to actual physical injury to a child in custody. B. The department shall provide the office with a written notification within seventy- two hours of:
(1)a fatality or near fatality of a child in custody or referred or receiving services under the supervision of the department; and (2) the restraint or seclusion of a child in custody.
