Text
The department, through discussion with the Indian nations, tribes and pueblos of the state, shall promulgate rules to implement the provisions of the Indian Family Protection Act. The administrative office of the courts shall also discuss with the Indian nations, tribes and pueblos of the state the recommendation of court rules for potential adoption by the courts of the state.
