Text
A. The administrative office of the courts in collaboration with the department shall develop and deliver annual mandatory training to all children's court judges, district court judges, attorneys, guardians ad litem and youth attorneys who are court appointed. The training shall include information on:
(1)the Indian Family Protection Act, including cultural compacts; and (2) the Indian tribes geographically located within the state. B. The training required in this section shall be required at least annually or no less than every fifteen months. The training shall be open for attorneys or other professionals to attend. C.
