Text
By December 31, 1993, procedures shall be established by regulation to provide for employment history and background checks for all present and prospective personnel identified in Section 32-9-3 [32A-15-3] NMSA 1978: A. by the secretary of children, youth and families for child care facilities and juvenile detention and correction facilities; and B. by the secretary of health for health and treatment facilities.
