Text
As used in the Law Enforcement Youth Cadet Corps Act: A. "academy" means the New Mexico law enforcement academy; B. "department" means the department of public safety; C. "program" means a law enforcement leadership training and awareness program conducted at the academy; and D. "student" means an individual enrolled in a high school in New Mexico.
