§ 29-15-4 — State department of public education; cooperation with
clearinghouse. The state department of public education [public education department] shall cooperate with the clearinghouse in seeking to locate missing children who may be enrolled in New Mexico school systems, including private schools, and for the reporting of children who may be missing or who may be unlawfully removed from schools.
