Text
In consultation with qualified patients and primary caregivers, the department shall produce an assessment report annually, which shall be published to the public and that includes at a minimum an evaluation of: A. the affordability of and accessibility to medical cannabis pursuant to the Lynn and Erin Compassionate Use Act; and B. the needs of qualified patients who live in rural areas, federal subsidized housing or New Mexico Indian nations, tribes or pueblos.
