Text

A. The motor vehicle division of the taxation and revenue department shall establish a donor registry pursuant to the provisions of Subsection B of Section 66-5-10 NMSA 1978. B. The motor vehicle division of the taxation and revenue department shall cooperate with a person that administers any donor registry that this state establishes, contracts for or recognizes for the purpose of transferring to the donor registry all relevant information regarding a donor's making, amendment to or revocation of an anatomical gift. C. A donor registry shall:

(1)allow a donor or other person authorized pursuant to Section 4 [24-6B-4 NMSA 1978] of the Jonathan Spradling Revised Uniform Anatomical Gift Act to include on the donor registry a statement or symbol that the donor has made, amended or revoked a
