expenses. A. The board of county commissioners of each county shall provide suitable quarters for:
(1)the local public health offices, including office space for the administrative staff, office space for health care personnel and clinic space and waiting space for patients, their friends and families; and (2) the regional director and regional health officer, including office space for the administrative staff. B. The boards of county commissioners shall make proper provision for all office and other expense, including utilities and maintenance but excluding janitorial services, incurred in enforcing the health laws and regulations within the counties in which the expense is incurred.
