§ 24-3B-2 — Definitions

As used in the Department of Health Education Act: A. "department" means the department of health; B. "educational appraisal and review committee" means the educational appraisal and review committee as defined in the special education regulations of the state board of education [public education department]; C. "evaluated school-age resident" means a school-age resident who has been evaluated by the department according to the state board of education [public education department] special education regulations; D. "fund" means the department of health education fund; E. "institution-bound resident" means an evaluated school-age resident who is not enrolled in a public school; F.
