Text
The local registrar shall: A. administer and enforce the provisions of the Vital Statistics Act and instructions, rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto; B. require that certificates be completed and filed in accordance with the Vital Statistics Act and the rules and regulations issued pursuant thereto; and C. transmit to the state registrar bimonthly, or more frequently when directed by that official, the certificates, reports or other returns filed with him.
