§ 21-8-42 — Regional educational technology assistance center

created. The "regional educational technology assistance center" is created as a professional development center at New Mexico state university's college of extended learning. The center shall provide technology integration training into teaching and learning; professional development dossier creation; use of data to drive instruction to improve student learning outcomes; internet safety, online teaching and learning and technical assistance; faculty development in integrating technology and distance learning tools; and implementing the New Mexico learning network. All of the services provided shall be available to pre-kindergarten through college throughout New Mexico.
