§ 21-1-13 — [Ex-officio board memberships of governor and
New Mexico·Ch. 21 State and Private Education Institutions·Art. 1 General Provisions Relating to State Educational
superintendent of public instruction.] The governor of the state and the superintendent of public instruction, if there be one, shall ex officio be advisory members of all boards of the said institutions, but shall not have the right to vote or be eligible to office therein.
