Text
occupational education programs. The state board of education is designated as the state agency required under the provisions of Section 1055(a) of the Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (P.L. 92-318, June 23, 1972) and shall exercise all the powers and perform all the duties required of that state agency. In exercising such powers and performing such duties, the state board of education shall afford the state commission, on a regular basis, an opportunity to review and comment upon any policies, procedures, programs or allocation of resources prior to their final adoption.
