Text

The said board of regents shall organize and elect from their number, a president, a vice president, and a secretary and treasurer, who shall do and perform all of the duties that shall be incumbent upon them as such officers. The secretary and treasurer shall, before entering upon the discharge of his duties as such, execute a good and sufficient bond to the state of New Mexico with some solvent surety company authorized to do business in the state of New Mexico as the surety, in a penal sum to be fixed by the said board of regents of not less than $20,000, conditioned for the faithful performance of his duties as such secretary and treasurer and that he will faithfully account for and pay over to the person or persons entitled to receive the same from him all monies which shall come into
