amounts collected.] The board of regents shall require such compensation for all assays, analyses, mill tests or other services performed by said institution as they [it] may deem reasonable, and the same shall be collected and paid into the treasury of the school of mines [New Mexico institute of mining and technology] for said institution, and an accurate account thereof shall be kept in a book to be provided for that purpose.
