§ 21-7-1 — [Established as the state university; congressional benefits

New Mexico·Ch. 21 State and Private Education Institutions·Art. 7 University of New Mexico
vested.] The university of New Mexico is intended to be the state university, and as such is entitled to all the donations of land and all other benefits under all acts of congress enacted for the benefit of such educational institutions in the state.
