New Mexico Statutes
§ 19-10-33 — [Contracts relating to oil and gas rights; filing for record
in land office.] Contracts between persons or corporations owning or holding oil and gas rights in state lands, when duly acknowledged by the parties thereto, may be filed for record and recorded in the state land office in the same manner and with the same force and effect as the instruments referred to in the foregoing sections.
