The commission may expend such funds as become available from the game protection fund, state or federal grants or other sources to carry out the provisions of the Habitat Protection Act including, but not limited to: A. investigations and surveys of actual or possible wildlife habitat damage by vehicles and the study of areas to be recommended for recreational vehicle use; B. posting notices of restrictions, prohibitions and permitted use of vehicles; C. providing maps and other necessary information to the public; D. an informational and educational program on wildlife habitat preservation and restoration; or E. the enforcement of the provisions of the Habitat Protection Act.
