Text
All disbursements of moneys, including salaries, by the state game commission shall be by warrant of the secretary of finance and administration, supported by itemized voucher, certified to be correct by the state game director, and shall be paid out of moneys in the game protection fund. Expenditures by the state game commission shall be limited to funds available in the game protection fund, and neither the state game commission nor any employee thereof shall incur or authorize any obligation for the payment of which sufficient funds are not then available in the game protection fund.
