Text
abatement; liberation of game or fish; each day separate offense.] Any park, enclosure, lake or body of water maintained in violation of this chapter shall be deemed a continuing public nuisance and may be abated as provided by law for the abatement of public nuisances and the game or game fish therein liberated, or any obstruction to the free ingress or egress of fish removed, and each day the same is maintained in violation hereof, shall be a separate offense.
