eating place; invoice to remain attached.] If such game or game fish is held, exposed or offered for sale or sold by the consignee or kept in any storage, hotel, restaurant, cafe or boardinghouse, such invoice shall be kept attached thereto as aforesaid until the same shall have been prepared for consumption.
