notice. All game and fish management areas, rest grounds and closed lakes or streams or closed portions of lakes or streams shall be conspicuously posted with posters setting forth their purpose and the penalties for violating the rules and regulations applicable to them. This posting is legal notice against the violation of applicable laws, rules or regulations.
