Text
No game or fish shall be received or held in storage except as follows, namely: A. during the open season therefor and for five days thereafter when the same is stored for the person lawfully in possession of the same; B. at any time of the year when there is attached thereto a proper and valid officer's invoice as provided in this chapter relating to the seizure of game and fish for not more than thirty days after the date of such invoice; C. when there is attached thereto a proper and valid certificate or permit signed by the state warden [director of the department of game and fish] or deputy [conservation officer] and on its face authorizing storage of the article named therein and during the period therein stated.
