§ 14-4-6 — [Trade, sale and exchange of agency rules, publications and
reports by records center.] The records center is hereby authorized to trade, sell or exchange such rules, pamphlets, reports or similar instruments for rules, pamphlets, reports or similar instruments of similar value and to sell the same at a reasonable price.
