Text
Any public officer of the state may cause any or all records, papers or documents kept by the officer to be photographed, microfilmed, microphotographed, maintained as an electronic record or reproduced on film. The electronic record, photographic film and the device used to reproduce the records on film shall be one that accurately reproduces the original in all details.
