sales deposited in fund. The "records center revolving fund" is created in the state treasury. Money from the sale of state records center publications, services, equipment, supplies and materials shall be deposited in the fund. The fund shall be administered by the state records center, and money in the fund is appropriated to the state records center to carry out the administrative purposes of the Public Records Act and the State Rules Act [Chapter 14, Article 4 NMSA 1978]. Expenditures from the fund shall be by warrant of the secretary of finance and administration upon vouchers signed by the state records administrator or his authorized representative.
