services and supplies; purchase by state commission of public records for resale. The state commission of public records may purchase for resale such storage boxes, forms, microfilm supplies necessary to the providing of microfilm services and other supplies and materials as in its judgment are necessary to facilitate the various aspects of its programs. The commission may sell such items and services at cost plus a five percent handling charge. All receipts from such sales shall go into the records center revolving fund.
