elected officials acknowledged. On every new public building plaque that lists, acknowledges or thanks the elected officials who were in office at the time the building was funded, constructed or renovated, there shall be included a statement of equal size and visibility that thanks the taxpayers of New Mexico for their contribution in funding the construction or renovation.
