Text
clinical trials. Group health coverage, including any form of self-insurance, offered, issued or renewed under the Health Care Purchasing Act shall provide coverage pursuant to Section 59A-22-43 NMSA 1978 for routine patient care costs incurred as a result of the patient's participation in cancer clinical trials.
