§ 13-1-57 — Definition; financial interest

New Mexico·Ch. 13 Public Purchases and Property·Art. 1 Procurement
"Financial interest" means: A. holding a position in a business as officer, director, trustee or partner or holding any position in management; or B. ownership of more than five percent interest in a business.
